THE PROJECT

On a small footprint, this retail / office space fronts the Heidelberg Mall as well as having rear access from the car park. A rather tired village, Banyule’s strategic plan for the area provided an opportunity to put forward a proposal that provided both a retail and residential component. In addition to first floor residences, the brief was to divide the ground floor titles into two shops. Together with Clause 1 Planning team, we successfully delivered on the brief.
